The Entry Level Talent Program team facilitated one of our monthly development catch-ups for current Talent across the cluster (Graduates, Cadets and Scholars). This session was designed and focused on developing their understanding of the Public Sector Capability Framework. The session focused on how the capability framework aligns to the development of their skills, knowledge and experience and how this translates to role descriptors when applying for roles within the NSW public Sector. The team ran different activities to encourage Talent to build on their current capabilities and skills including one where participants self-assessed their capabilities against the PSC Capability framework. Executive Director of People and Culture, Kirsten Watson, came and joined the group for an impromptu networking and Q and A session.
