Congratulations to our Open Data and Innovation team, who partnered with Google to help bring live public transport info to even more customers across NSW.
Thanks to the team, the new Google Maps commute tab will now feature live transport info from across NSW. Similar to our real-time travel apps, Google Maps will now provide commuters with one-tap access to live traffic and transit information tailored to their commute.
So you can track exactly where your regular service is, know how full your bus will be and find out whether you’ll need to budget extra time due to an accident or heavy traffic. And in the case of a delay, you can find alternative routes to help get you where you need to be faster.
The feature is launching world-wide this week. Check it out!
