Talent Connect is a new online mentoring platform which connects employees from across the Transport Cluster. It is a flexible framework that invites you to tailor your mentoring experience. Simply browse the mentor and mentee profiles to find what you are looking for. Once you have found someone to connect with, reach out for a coffee and chat. If you wish to continue the relationship after the initial meeting, schedule more frequent catch-ups at a time and location which suits you both.
