Update from Planning & Programs

The Planning & Programs Workstream is thinking about how we can best prioritise problems and solutions to create better customer and community outcomes. Tim Raimond, Chief Transport Planner, tells us all about what we are doing in in this three-minute video.

All you need to know about Capital Projects

Glen Snowden, Deputy Executive Director Infrastructure and Project Finance, tells us all about what they are doing in this two-minute video.

A new way of managing our stakeholders

Developing a digital stakeholder relationship management system has been the primary focus of the Community & Stakeholder Relationships Workstream over the past four months. Simply, this means we will have one online program that holds all of the information for our stakeholders and when we engaged them.

As part of this huge piece of work, the team has worked with all divisions across the organisation to identify a Primary Relationship Manager for each of our key industry, government, and community stakeholders.

Embedding these systems within the cluster will streamline our approach to engaging with our communities and stakeholders across NSW in all of our future communications and projects. An integrated training and education campaign will launch mid-year to provide you with everything you need to know about how to use and work within this new system.

Enablement update – RMS invoices to quote Transport ABN from 1 June 2020

As part of TfNSW and RMS coming together as one organisation we will soon stop using the RMS ABN for invoices from June and start quoting the Transport ABN.

So from 1 June 2020, all suppliers will stop using the RMS ABN for invoices, and instead ensure tax invoices are issued using the TfNSW ABN: 18 804 239 602.

If you have questions please contact the TSS Service Centre on 133 877 or email tss.procurement@transport.nsw.gov.au
