Welcome to the Cultural Competence Program (CCP)

Operational Systems (OS) is committed to building our capability around cultural diversity and inclusion (D&I). We have partnered with SBS to access their Cultural Competence Program (CCP), with delivery underpinned by multi-media online learning modules.

Operational Systems have an exciting opportunity to lead the way for the whole Transport Cluster around cultural diversity and inclusion. In addtion to the CCP, OS D&I will be further enhancing staff capability through interactive sessions which explore D&I concepts further.


For each module, click the 'Launch Module' button below. It will take about 25 minutes to complete each module.

Once you have finished each module, click the 'Declare Completion' button. Fill in your details then click 'Submit'. You need to complete this step to have your completion recorded.

Note: Do not refresh your browser while completing the module as it will erase the parts completed and take you back to the start.
