2017 People Matter Employee Survey - get your people to have their say
The 2017 People Matter Employee Survey will run from Thursday 1 June to Friday 30 June. The survey will now be conducted annually, and will be shorter and quicker to complete.
The survey will be open to all employees across the Transport cluster and offers our people a unique opportunity to share their views about their workplace and employer.
In 2016, we achieved a 47.9% response rate across Transport, which was a significant increase over previous years. To get the most benefit from the survey, it’s important that we continue to increase our response rates. As leaders, you have an important role to play in encouraging your people to participate in the survey and have their say.
The valuable feedback we receive from the survey will help us measure our progress since last year’s survey and inform new initiatives that put our people at the heart.
